Visitor and Users - Getting started.

OUTLAWS is currently configured so that:

1. Visitors (who are not logged in) can see content, but they cannot see comments.

2. Visitors become users once they REGISTER and their email address is authenticated.

3. Authenticated users can view content and comments. They can also post comments.

4. The admin has discretion to promote an authenticated user to "writer".

5. Writers can create blog content, in addition to being able to do everything that users can do.
